It is very important that you carefully read the information made available through the Authorised Sales Channel in order to choose the Ticket Type you wish to purchase. By purchasing a Ticket, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted all the information relating to the purchased Ticket Type.

It is the user’s responsibility to check age restrictions, accessibility conditions and the other terms and conditions applicable to the purchase and use of the Ticket (as set out in these Terms and Conditions and in the Festival Conditions).

The Organising Entity reserves the right to modify the prices of each Ticket Type at any time. Tickets will be billed based on the price in force at the time of purchase through the Authorised Sales Channel.

4.2 AUTHORISED SALES CHANNEL

Only Tickets purchased through the Authorised Sales Channel shall be valid (without prejudice to those provided directly by the Organising Entity).

The Organising Entity shall not be responsible for Tickets purchased through any means or channel other than the Authorised Sales Channels (including via resale).

4.3 RESALE AND/OR PROMOTIONAL USE

Tickets are for personal use.

Online Tickets purchased may only be transferred and assigned to the final user through the means enabled within the online sales platform itself.

Resale is prohibited and may lead to the cancellation of the Ticket without refund or compensation and/or denial of access to the Festival to the Ticket holder/bearer or their removal from the Venue.

POSSESSION OF A TICKET DOES NOT ENTITLE ITS HOLDER OR ANY THIRD PARTY TO USE IT FOR ADVERTISING, MARKETING OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING CONTESTS, GIVEAWAYS, RAFFLES OR BUNDLED SALES WITH OTHER GOODS AND SERVICES) unless expressly authorised in writing by the Organising Entity. BREACH OF THIS CLAUSE SHALL OBLIGE THE UNAUTHORISED ADVERTISER AND/OR USER TO PAY A PENALTY EQUIVALENT TO ONE THOUSAND PERCENT OF THE TICKET PURCHASE PRICE, WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE ORGANISING ENTITY’S RIGHT TO CLAIM DAMAGES.

4.4 WITHDRAWAL, CHANGES OR REFUNDS

Once your Ticket has been purchased, no changes or refunds will be accepted, except:

  • In cases of upgrade (improvement of the previously purchased Ticket Type so that it allows access to more Festival sessions or includes additional benefits). Upgrades may only be processed through the same Authorised Sales Channel through which the Ticket was purchased.

Once the Festival has started, you may also go to the incident booths duly signposted within the Venue.

4.6 WRISTBAND

  • OBTAINING THE WRISTBAND AT CHECK-IN POINTS

To access the Festival Venue, you must exchange your Ticket for a Wristband at one of the Check-in Points. The Authorised Sales Channel and/or the website will inform attendees how they must present their Ticket at the Check-in Point.

If the Ticket must be presented electronically from a mobile device, it is the Attendee’s responsibility to ensure the mobile device is operational and functioning.

If the Ticket must be presented in paper format, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to keep the Ticket in good condition until it is exchanged for a Wristband.

Modified, torn Tickets, Tickets showing signs of forgery, or Tickets with any type of anomaly will not be accepted.

  • PLACEMENT, CARE AND USE OF THE WRISTBAND

The Wristband will not be handed over. It will be placed on the Attendee by staff at the Check-in Points. Therefore, each attendee must personally collect their Wristband, and Wristbands may not be collected for other people.

There is one Wristband per Ticket. Once your Ticket has been exchanged, you must keep your Wristband (placed at the Check-in Point) for all days on which you are entitled to access Festival sessions.

Any tampering with or exchange of Wristbands is prohibited.

The Wristband is the only valid element that authorises the Attendee’s access to and stay within the Venue.

The Organising Entity is not responsible for breakage, loss or improper handling of the Wristband. It is the Attendee’s responsibility to keep it at all times, as loss, tampering or breakage will make it impossible to access or remain within the Venue.

It is the Attendee’s responsibility to verify that the Wristband is properly fastened at the time it is placed, since a broken or tampered Wristband will not be exchanged or replaced under any circumstances.

  • WRISTBAND ISSUES

If you have an issue with your Wristband, you must go to the incident booths duly identified within the Venue.

5. MINORS

Minors will not be allowed to access the Festival under any circumstances.

  • PROOF OF AGE

The Organising Entity reserves the right to request that the Attendee show a national identity document, passport or equivalent official document proving their age, both at the Venue access points and later within the Venue.

Any breach of age restrictions may lead to denial of access to the Venue to the Ticket holder or user, or removal, with no right to a refund or compensation.

6. VENUE ACCESS AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION

6.1 NEED FOR A WRISTBAND PROPERLY PLACED AND IN GOOD CONDITION

To access the Venue, you must have the Wristband correctly placed on your wrist. If your Wristband is valid for multiple Festival sessions, you must keep it for all days in order to access each session.
