To combat resale, the QR code used to access the festival will not appear until a few hours before the start. Once your ticket is activated, you will not be able to send it; the QR code will start blinking, and you will just need to show it at the admissions area to collect your wristband.
Yes, if you bought tickets for someone else and later want to transfer them, you can do so through the DICE app. Find more information on how to do it here.
No. As stated in the General Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales and Access, returns or refund requests for tickets are not accepted.
We are pleased to offer a service you can manage from your mobile and the advantages it provides. Therefore, we cannot issue or accept paper or PDF tickets for OFFSónar 2024, except for the elrow ticket purchased through Howler; only tickets purchased on Howler can be accepted in printed format. Your tickets are stored in the DICE app, and you just need to access it with your phone number. Go to the Tickets button, and you will see a list of all the events you have tickets for.

We cannot guarantee the validity of a ticket if it was not purchased through DICE or Howler (in the case of elrow sales). If it is invalid, you will not be able to access the event.
set times and schedules
No, there is no deadline to access the events.
The set times for each artist will be published a week before the first OFFSónar event, both on the website and on social media. Relevant event information will also be sent to the buyer’s email.
general questions
At the end of each event, the organization collects all items that may have been left in the venue. They are taken to the access area and stored to be returned to the owner if claimed. To find out if we have found your belongings, contact us on social media @offsonar or email us at info@offsonar.co.
As part of our commitment to sustainability and the environment, a policy of reusable cups will be implemented at the event, available to attendees for €1. The reusable cup can be returned at the end of each event.
There will be no cloakroom.
The accepted payment methods at the venue are credit card and cash.
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas, and it is not permitted in covered areas. Tobacco will not be sold within the event.
access conditions
If you have a ticket that covers all OFFSónar events, such as the Sónar Week Pass, you will need to use the same ticket QR code to access each event. You will be given the corresponding wristband for each event.
Entry is allowed from the age of 18.
At OFFSónar we do not work with re-entry. It is not allowed to temporarily leave the site of the same event. If you leave the venue you will not be able to re-enter.
If you have tickets for two different events on the same day, please note that you will not be able to leave and re-enter one event if you decide to attend the other.
Only Sónar Week Pass and Sónar Week VIP Pass holders will be able to leave and enter the venue.

No. It is strictly forbidden to bring a digital camera to any OFFSónar event. If you want to know more about prohibited items, check our general Terms and Conditions of access.
food & drinks
Yes, all attendees can bring their own food and water. Additionally, the venue will offer free water points and sales points for drinks and food, featuring a diverse gastronomic selection.
The gastronomic offer will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options along with omnivorous options.
