The craziest party in the world is back in Barcelona for a very special edition to celebrate the closing of OFFSónar 2023. Elrow will present the new theme, Delusionville and it will be a live reinterpretation of the famous artistic movement POPaganda, fruit of the imagination of the well-known “ Godfather of Street Art”, Ron English.
